To update your permanent residential address follow these instructions:
- Sign in to app.evergreenmoney.com
- Select the ‘Settings’ tab
- Click on the ‘Profile’ section
- Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Address’’ field
- Enter updated permanent residential address and press ‘Continue’
Note: You must provide your permanent residential address. Evergreen Money does not accept P.O. boxes or commercial addresses.
To update your email follow these instructions:
- Sign in to app.evergreenmoney.com
- Select the ‘Settings’ tab
- Click on the ‘Profile’ section
- Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Email’ field
- Enter updated email
You will be prompted to complete the email verification process by receiving a pin number to your new email address.
Once you have completed the email verification process, you will see a prompt letting you know that your email has been verified and your profile has been updated
To update your mobile phone number follow these instructions:
- Sign in to app.evergreenmoney.com
- Select the ‘Settings’ tab
- Click on the ‘Profile’ section
- Click on the arrow button located in the ‘Mobile Number’ field
- Enter updated mobile phone number
You will be prompted to complete the phone verification process by receiving a pin number to your new mobile number
Once you have completed the verification process, you will see a prompt letting you know that your phone number has been verified and your profile has been updated
Note: Profile updates can only be completed after 30 days of your Evergreen Money account being opened. If you require profile modifications within 30 days, please contact the Client Services Team at support@evergreenmoney.com or call 1-844-383-3874.
