Misplaced your debit card? It’s easy to instantly stop purchases temporarily.
- Sign in to app.evergreenmoney.com
- Scroll down on the “Overview” page
- Select “Account Info”
- Select "Lock Card"
- Select the toggle switch to change the status of your card
- The Lock switch turns green to show your card is temporarily suspended
Once you have located your card, use the same steps as noted above to unlock it and the “Lock Card” toggle switch should turn back gray. If you are not able to locate the card, keep the block on your card and select Report Lost, Stolen or Damaged for instructions on how to order a replacement card.
