What should I do if my card has been lost, stolen, or damaged?

If you think someone has used your debit card without your permission, follow the steps below and contact our Client Service team either through secured in-app chat or by calling 1-844-383-3874.

  • Sign in to app.evergreenmoney.com
  • Scroll down on the “Overview” page
  • Select “Account Info”

         

  • Select “Report Lost, Stolen or Damaged”

         

  • If you wish to proceed, select "Yes, Continue" 
  • Contact the Client Service team to complete the card replacement
